Pilot Shop Roaster

For existing Probat owners the pilot roast control software system is a vital component to everyday roasting operations. For those new to Probat Roasters and the Pilot shop roaster software this tool will instantly become an integral part of your everyday roasting. The Control system enables a direct reproduction of previously stored roasting profiles. The recording mode makes it possible to record and store roasting curves. Adjustments made during the roasting process are automatically detected and recorded in the table. The recorded values can be stored and if necessary, manually edited. The stored roasting profile can be reproduced depending on the roasting time or the roasting temperature. Production data is recorded batch by batch in order to make evaluations and analyses of the roasted coffee possible. The pre configured software is quickly and easily installed and therefore facilitates the commissioning of the control system. The user interface can be designed and adapted to to reflect your company colour and logo.

In conjunction with the release of the series 2 roasters the Pilot roast control software has been given a major update. You now have the ability to roast via your PC tablet or smartphone thanks to a new specially developed Probat application. The ideal machine for ambitious roast masters. Small enough to be flexible, big enough to really cut the mustard. The Probatone 12 processes up to 400 kilo’s of green coffee into 340 kilos of roasted coffee in 8 hours and can thus produce nearly its own body weight in coffee everyday.
