Advanced Espresso Course

This course is designed to enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the barista who already has a basic understanding of espresso coffee.

Theory will cover:

  • Total Dissolvable Solids (TDS)
  • Extraction percentage
  • Brew ratio
  • Maillard Reaction

We will teach you how to take your coffee to the next level of deliciousness!

We recommend participants have first completed our Mastering the Craft of Espresso – Beginner Course.

All participants will be required to wear enclosed shoes and sleeved shirts.

This is a private group booking, with a minimum number of participants required to proceed.  Dates will be confirmed when booking is made.

Conducted by our industry trained leaders at the Wolff College of Coffee.
