One of Brisbane's finest restaurants is serving Wolff Coffee alongside their dynamic dishes
Gerard’s Bistro is hidden treasure tucked down a laneway off James Street. A haven for food enthusiasts, this Brisbane institution pushes the boundaries of cooking. There is both a depth and a mystery to the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean inspired dishes.
In the four years it has been open, Gerard’s Bistro and their Head Chef, Ben Williamson, have received multiple accolades and mentions from publications including The Gourmet Traveller, The Weekend Australian’s Hot 50, Financial Review Best Restaurant in Queensland. Most recently, Ben was awarded Chef of the Year in the 2017 Queensland Good Food Guide and the bistro picked up it’s second chef’s hat.
