‘Real’ coffee is an art according to Dandelion and Driftwood. Walking in, it’s clear owners Peter and Penny Wolff are serious about their coffee, with boilers, grinders, coffee machines, hot and cold drips and other unknown objects taking over each bench. Every visit to Dandelion and Driftwood is different. The team offer tasting flights of two different blends of coffee in order to help extend people’s palate to distinguish between the different flavours. Carefully curated single-origin blends are brewed differently, and each is to be sipped slowly, savouring each flavour. Dandelion and Driftwood have taken espresso in Hendra to a whole new level.
