- Advanced Espresso Course - August

This two part series is designed to enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the barista who already has a basic understanding of espresso coffee.
Theory will cover:
- Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
- extraction percentage
- brew ratio
- Maillard Reaction
We will teach you how to take your coffee to the next level of deliciousness!
All participants will be required to wear enclosed shoes and sleeved shirts.
This is a group session with a maximum of 6 to 8 people per class. The course is run over two consecutive evenings starting at 6:00pm and concluding at 8:00pm.
Conducted by former Queensland Barista and Brewers Champion Kelsey Carr in the Wolff College of Coffee.
Cost: $150.00 per person
