- Barista Accelerator
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
This workshop is designed to enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the barista who already has a basic understanding of espresso coffee.
Theory will cover:
- Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
- extraction percentage
- brew ratio
- Maillard Reaction
We will teach you how to take your coffee to the next level of deliciousness!
*It is our recommendation that you have first attended the Barista Basics or have previous barista experience.
All participants will be required to wear enclosed shoes and sleeved shirts.
This is a group session with a maximum of 10 people per class.
The workshop starts at 4:30pm and concluding at 6:00pm.
